General Terms of Use
1. General provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the terms and conditions for the use of the Therme Fun&Sport Park, part of the Grand Hotel Therme complex and the Grand Hotels Resorts by Pulse chain.
1.2. By entering the park, each visitor accepts these conditions and undertakes to comply with them.

2. Access Rules
2.1. Admission is only possible with a valid ticket, season ticket or free admission for guests of Grand Hotels Resorts by Pulse.
2.2. Children under the age of 14 are only admitted if accompanied by an adult.
2.3. Participation in extreme facilities (such as rope park, jump tower) requires a declaration from parent/guardian for children under 18.
2.4. Staff have the right to refuse entry or remove visitors who disrupt order or endanger safety.
3. Health and Safety
3.1. Each visitor is obliged to use the facilities in accordance with his/her health and physical abilities.

4. Responsibility
4.1. Each visitor is personally responsible for their participation and stay in the park.
4.2 GRAND HOTELS MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING LTD, its employees and partners are not responsible for:
- injuries resulting from failure to follow rules and instructions;
- risk of contracting infectious diseases (COVID-19, influenza, etc.);
- damage, loss or theft of personal belongings.
4.3. The visitor accepts responsibility for his/her actions and those of accompanying children.
5. Parents and guardians
5.1. Parents and legal guardians are required to complete and sign a statement of informed consent before their children use the facilities.
5.2. By signing the declaration, the parent/guardian acknowledges that they are aware of the risks and consent to their child participating at their own risk.
5.3. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the behaviour and safety of the children they accompany.
5.4. The administrator is not responsible for accidents occurring due to children or their chaperones not following instructions.
6. Reservations and payments
6.1. Tickets and subscriptions can be purchased at the box office or online via thermefunpark.bg.
6.2. Paid tickets and subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases provided by law.
6.3. The Park reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to facilities due to repairs, bad weather or other objective reasons.
7. Processing of personal data
7.1. Visitors declare that they have been informed about the Personal Data Protection Policy published on thermefunpark.bg.
7.2. Personal data is processed lawfully and only for the purposes of service provision, safety and accounting requirements.
8. Changes
8.1. The Administrator may change these Terms and Conditions by updating the version of the website.
8.2. Changes shall take effect from the time of their publication.
