General rules<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. This policy governs the terms and conditions of refunds for tickets, subscriptions or services purchased from <strong>Therme Fun &amp; Sport Park<\/strong>, part of <strong>Grand Hotel Therme<\/strong> and the <strong>Grand Hotels Resorts by Pulse<\/strong> chain.<br>1.2. All payments are considered final unless otherwise provided in this policy or applicable law. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Tickets and subscriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1. Purchased tickets and subscriptions <strong>are not refundable or cancellable<\/strong> after payment has been made, except as described below.<br>2.2. If you are unable to use a ticket due to <strong>health reasons<\/strong> or <strong>force majeure<\/strong> (e.g. natural disasters), you may submit a written request to <a href=\"mailto:info@thermefunpark.bg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">info@thermefunpark.bg,<\/a> attaching the relevant documents (medical or official certificates).<br>2.3. If the request is granted, the following can be done:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a refund; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing a <strong>voucher<\/strong> of the same value, valid for a future visit within 6 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Events and reservations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. For pre-booked services (birthdays, team building, special events) the following rules apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation up to 14 days before the date<\/strong> &#8211; 100% refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the date<\/strong> &#8211; 50% refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation less than 7 days before the date<\/strong> &#8211; the amount paid is non-refundable.<br>3.2. In the event of cancellation of an event by <strong>Therme Fun&amp;Sport<\/strong> Park (e.g. due to a technical problem or adverse weather conditions), the client will receive a full refund or the right to re-book for a new date. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Recovery method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.1. All refunds will be made in the same manner as the original payment (bank card, bank transfer, cash on delivery).<br>4.2. The refund period is up to <strong>14 working days<\/strong> from the approval of the request. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Limitations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. No refunds will be made in the event of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>denial of access due to violation of safety rules and the General Terms and Conditions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lost, damaged or used tickets;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>missed visit due to client&#8217;s fault.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270d\ufe0f Acknowledged:<br><strong>Manager of GRAND HOTELS MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING LTD.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Refund Policy 1.
